Briana J. Zelaya

BRIANA J. ZELAYA is a Partner, the Head of Marketing and Investor Relations of ValueAct Capital and is a member of the firm’s Management Committee. Ms. Zelaya oversees all business development and investor relations activities globally.  Since joining the firm at its inception in 2000, Ms. Zelaya has served in various investor relations and business development roles. Prior to ValueAct Capital, Ms. Zelaya was in Marketing at Blum Capital Partners, a private investment firm focused on strategic block and control investments. She is currently a member of the Board of Trustees for Loyola Marymount University and serves on the National Board for the Posse Foundation. Ms. Zelaya has a B.A. from Loyola Marymount University and an M.B.A. from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University.
