Christopher S. Allen

CHRISTOPHER S. ALLEN is the Chief Financial Officer at ValueAct Capital. Mr. Allen joined ValueAct Capital in April 2007 and was named CFO in July 2017. Prior to joining ValueAct Capital, Mr. Allen was an Accounting Manager at Blum Capital Partners (“Blum”) where he was responsible for partnership accounting, performance reporting, database management and operational trading. Prior to Blum, Mr. Allen worked as a Partnership Accountant for RS Investments. He has a B.A. from Texas A&M University, an M.B.A. from San Francisco State University, and is a Certified Public Accountant (inactive).
