Dorothea W. Kennedy

DOROTHEA W. KENNEDY is the Chief Compliance Officer of ValueAct Capital. Prior to joining ValueAct Capital in March 2007, Ms. Kennedy was at Grotefeld & Denenberg, LLP, a nationwide civil litigation firm specializing in insurance subrogation. While at Grotefeld, Ms. Kennedy was responsible for case management, court filings and client reporting.  She has a B.A. from Loyola Marymount University and has the designation of Investment Adviser Certified Compliance Professional (IACCP®).
