JACOB H. WELCH, CFA is a Partner of ValueAct Capital. Mr. Welch is a director of LKQ Corporation where he serves on the Audit and Compensation Committees. Mr. Welch is a former director of Armstrong Flooring, Inc. Prior to joining ValueAct Capital in August 2009, Mr. Welch worked as an analyst with The Blackstone Group in its private equity division in New York where he was involved in several large, public to private transactions in the healthcare and technology space. He has a B.A., cum laude, from Harvard College and is a CFA charterholder.
