JENNIFER L. SUMMERHAYS is the Managing Director of Investor Relations at ValueAct Capital. Ms. Summerhays oversees all investor relations activities and manages the operational due diligence and client onboarding processes. Since joining in 2004, Ms. Summerhays has served in various investor relations roles at the firm. She has a B.A. with high honors from the University of California, Santa Barbara and an M.B.A. from the Haas School of Business at the University of California, Berkeley.
