Jennifer A. Lane

JENNIFER A. LANE is the Controller at ValueAct Capital. Prior to joining ValueAct Capital in June 2017, Ms. Lane was a Senior Manager at Andersen Tax, where she was responsible for managing the tax compliance process for private equity, venture capital, and hedge fund clients. Prior to Andersen Tax, Ms. Lane worked as a Vice President at Goldman Sachs Asset Management, and as a Senior Associate at Deloitte Tax. She has a B.S. from University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign and an M.S.T. from DePaul University, and is a Certified Public Accountant (inactive).
