Dylan G. Haggart

DYLAN G. HAGGART is a Partner of ValueAct Capital.  Mr. Haggart is a director of Fiserv, Inc. where he serves on the Nominating and Corporate Governance Committee as well as the Talent and Compensation Committee, and of Seagate Technology Holdings plc, where he is a member of the Compensation and People Committee.  Prior to joining ValueAct Capital in July 2013, Mr. Haggart worked at TPG Capital in the North American Buyout Group.  Prior to TPG Capital, Mr. Haggart worked at Goldman Sachs in the Investment Banking Division. He has a B.A. with distinction from the Richard Ivey School of Business at the University of Western Ontario.
